Weekly Pick-up $480
Biweekly Pick-up $280
What is CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture is a farm model that directly links the community to a farm and its farmers. CSA members are given the opportunity to support young farmers by paying in advance. By paying before the season starts, this not only supplies the farmer with secure sales of crops throughout the growing season, it also makes it possible for a young farm to cover early expenses like compost, labor, and seeds. In return, CSA members have secured their share of the harvest and will meet at the drop location to pick up their vegetables.
What we offer
Floating Lotus Farmstead is offering a 16 week Spring/Summer CSA program for the 2020 growing season. The program starts in April and lasts until the end of July. We offer full shares for pick up weekly and half shares for pick up biweekly. Both full and half shares are equal amounts of produce.
We will be setting up as if at a farmers market so that you can build your own box! This season your shares will consist of your choice of 6 points worth of nutrient dense vegetables and/or herbs.
Each share feeds conservatively 2 people, however someone with a plant based diet will alone consume a full share weekly.
You can buy as many shares as you would like. Example: if you buy two shares, your share will consist of your choice of 12 points of vegetables and/or herbs for the Season.
This year members who sign up will receive an additional %20 off any fresh products they choose to purchase - at any one of our market locations! *During CSA Season, April through July.

Won't be in town?
If you need to miss a pick up, we offer one make up week at the end of the program. All other missed pick ups are the members responsibility. We recommend offering it to a friend or neighbor! We require a 48 hour notice if you are missing a pick up. We do not make home deliveries.
Spots on the membership list are limited! If we reach our quota we will stop accepting members.
Shares can be purchased here on our website using a card or by mailing the application form and check addressed to Floating Lotus Farmstead, to the farm. All CSA shares are non-refundable, however we try and work out honest solutions to situations.
"The enthusiasm of Adam and Jocelyne for farming and creating accessible and healthy options for delectable produce is infectious. They have transformed our family from one that reluctantly steamed broccoli every night to one that now includes a colorful and varied selection of vegetables on the dinner table every night. Thank you, Floating Lotus!"
"During our seasons with Floating Lotus we have found ourselves eagerly anticipating our weekly deliveries and the bounty they will yield. As a family, we have learned about nutrient rich vegetables we had never before eaten, and we have had so much fun discovering new recipes to prepare them."
