Pastured Poultry

Here at Floating Lotus Farmstead we keep our laying hens, broilers, and turkeys on pasture. We feed our poultry with non-gmo grains sourced locally! We do not use vaccinations or added hormones.  The only constraint our laying hens and turkeys have as far as free ranging are electric fences used to keep predators out! Our pasture raised broiler chickens are kept in large pens that protect them more. All of our pastured poultry get moved onto fresh pasture daily to ensure cleanliness and availability to any natural sources of nutrition such as bugs, grasses, seeds, and grit.

  • First Pick up will be announced via email and text on April 1, 2018.

  • Pasture Raised Broilers $4.95/lb.

  • Average broiler weight is 3.5 - 4.5 lbs.

  • On pick-up day broilers are sold on a first come, first serve basis

  • We reserve the right to sell broiler chickens not picked up within 24 hours of the announced pick-up day due to our cold storage capacity

Pastured Turkeys

  • Pre-order only

  • $25 non- refundable deposit required

  • Deposit deadline is April.1, 2018

  • Remaining amount due on pick-up day in cash

  • Pasture Raised Turkeys $6/lb.

  • Average turkey weight is between 17 - 23 lbs.

  • Pick-up date will be announced October 22nd 2018

  • On pick-up day turkeys are sold on a first come, first served basis

  • We reserve the right to sell turkeys not picked up within 24 hours of the announced pick-up day due to our cold storage capacity
