Stachowski Meats is a local family-owned business founded in 2009.  Our Old World–style pâtés & sausages are created by Chef Jamie Stachowski from recipes handed down through generations and reflect his passion for true charcuterie.   Their products are handcrafted in small batches, using traditional recipes and old-world techniques.
